CloudwaysBot helps keep you informed about important events and system alerts right within the Cloudways Platform.
However, if you’d like to reduce distractions in your dashboard, you can now mute specific CloudwaysBot notifications while still receiving alerts through your chosen channels (like email or Slack).
This article walks you through how to customize and silence those in-platform bot alerts.
Note:
Notifications will still be sent to the various channels that you have selected. For example, your notifications will still be sent to your developer’s email but won’t bother you in the panel.

How to Mute Cloudways Bot Notifications
Step #1 - Access Notifications:
Log into the Cloudways Platform with your credentials.
You can access notifications by simply clicking the red numbered icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Once you get to the Notifications screen, click Settings under Notifications.
Step #2 - Select Events to Mute:
A small pop-up window will show you the list of various alerts.
In this window, you can uncheck the ones you want to mute and then click on the Save Settings button.
