Managing multiple projects often means working with different teams, clients, or organizations—each with their own Cloudways account.
To make this easier, Cloudways allows you to collaborate with multiple teams using a single login.
This guide explains how to manage collaboration with multiple teams on the Cloudways Platform, switch between different team environments, and access the servers and applications assigned to you.
It is especially useful for developers, agencies, and partners who work with multiple clients on Cloudways.

Manage Multiple Team Collaborations
Cloudways allows you to collaborate with multiple teams using a single login. This means you can work on projects hosted under different Cloudways accounts without logging out or creating separate accounts.
This feature is especially useful if you:
Work with multiple clients
Manage projects for different organizations
Are a developer or agency handling several Cloudways environments
Once you are added as a team member to another Cloudways account, you can access all assigned servers and applications from the same Cloudways account login.
Important:
We assume that the account owner has already added you as a team member.
If you are the main account owner and want to invite someone to collaborate, please carefully go through this guide on how to add a team member.
Switch Between Teams on the Cloudways Platform
When you log in to the Cloudways Platform, you can easily switch between different team environments if you are a member of more than one team.
To switch teams:
Look for the team drop-down menu at the top-left corner of the platform, next to the Cloudways logo.
Click the drop-down menu to view all teams you have access to.
Select the team you want to work with.
Once selected, your Cloudways console will automatically update and display:
The servers
The applications
The projects
that belong to the selected team and that you have permission to access.
This helps you clearly separate work between different teams and avoid managing the wrong server or application by mistake.
That’s it! We hope this article was helpful.
