You will typically see this message at the top-right corner of the Cloudways Platform during the scaling or cloning process.

How Can I Remove This Limitation?

You can request removal of this limit by contacting Cloudways Support.

What You Need to Do

  1. Contact Live Chat Support

    • Click Need a Hand > Send us a Message from the Cloudways Platform

    OR

  2. Create a Support Ticket

    • Explain that you want to remove the server or memory size limitation

Important:

You may be asked to add prepaid funds equal to 50% of the server’s cost to your Cloudways account. This step helps validate your account and ensures secure usage of platform resources.

Once your account is verified:

  • The restriction will be removed

  • You will be able to scale or clone servers without seeing this notification again
