Does Cloudways Provide Servers for Email Hosting?

No, we do not provide servers for email hosting. However, we do provide different email solutions through Cloudways Email add-ons.

For example, if you are interested in having your email inboxes, you can use the Rackspace Email Hosting add-on to get a robust, 24×7 email hosting solution.

If you have minimal usage for SMTP, then we have the Gmail/Google Workspace SMTP add-on that allows you to send 500 emails per day if you have a free Gmail account and 2000 emails per day if you have a paid Google Workspace account through automated SMTP delivery.

Additionally, you may bring your account of SMTP of Mandrill, Mailgun, AuthSMTP, or other Custom SMTP. You can activate the SMTP add-on on your Server from within the console.
