Following the following steps to unsubscribe (Delete) from Cloudways Autonomous plan.
Important Things to Know Before You Unsubscribe
You must delete all applications linked to the Autonomous plan.
Deleting an application does not affect other plans or applications in your account.
You can recover a deleted application within 15 days, if a backup exists.
Billing continues until the plan is fully unsubscribed.
Step #1 - Log in to the Cloudways Platform:
Log in to your Cloudways Platform.
From the left navigation menu, click Autonomous.
Select My Applications to view all applications under your Autonomous plan.
Step #2 - Delete the Application:
Locate the application you want to remove.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the application.
Select Delete Application.
Note:
Deleting this application will unsubscribe it from its associated plan. This action does not affect other applications or plans in your account.
Step #3 - Confirm Application Deletion:
Review the warning message carefully.
Type DELETE in the confirmation field.
Click Delete.
Once completed, the application will be removed.
Step #5 - Select a Reason for Deleting the Application:
Choose up to three reasons for deleting the application.
Example: I no longer need the product
Click Next to continue.
Note:
Your feedback helps improve the Cloudways platform.
Step #6 - Answer Follow-up Questions:
Based on your selected reason, you may see additional questions, such as:
Website performance issues
Pricing concerns
Product usability feedback
Select the relevant options or provide a short explanation if you choose ‘Other’.
Click Next after each step.
Step #7 - Complete the Feedback Flow:
Review your responses.
Click Submit to complete the process.
Once the last application is deleted, you can proceed to unsubscribe from the plan.
What Happens After Unsubscribing?
Your Cloudways Autonomous plan is unsubscribed immediately.
Billing for the Autonomous plan stops.
You can subscribe to Cloudways Autonomous Plan again anytime if needed.
