In this article, we will show you how to create a ticket to get in touch with Cloudways Support.
Navigation Steps to Create a Support Ticket
Log in to your Cloudways Platform using your email address and password. Follow the following steps to submit a new support ticket.
Step #1 - Log in to Cloudways Platform:
From your Cloudways Platform dashboard, click the “Need a hand?” widget located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step #2 - Expand the Help Menu:
The Help panel will appear. Scroll down to access more options and resources.
Step #3 - Select “Support Ticket”:
Click on the Support Ticket option from the Help panel.
Step #4 - Submit a Request:
You’ll be redirected to the Support Portal in a new tab. Click “Submit a request” in the top-right corner.
Step #5 - Fill Out the Support Form:
Enter all the necessary details about your issue, including category, description, and attachments (if any).
Once completed, submit the ticket.
Useful Tips:
If you are a team member, please mention your email address in the CC to get all the notifications.
Always provide detailed and accurate information in your ticket. This helps the support team troubleshoot faster and provide you with a quicker resolution.
Once your ticket is submitted, you will receive a notification on your registered email address.
